Terms and Conditions for Fitness Sessions:
- Advance Booking:
- All fitness sessions must be booked in advance by contacting the facility directly to secure the desired time slot and ensure availability
- Walk-in sessions may be accommodated based on availability, but priority will be given to pre-booked appointments.
- Attendance Punctuality:
- Participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure the punctuality of subsequent appointments.
- The full session fee will be charged regardless of late arrival, and any missed time will not be compensated.
- Session Cancellation:
- Participants are required to provide a minimum notice of 24 hours for canceling a scheduled session.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being deducted from the participant's package or charged as a cancellation fee.
- In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the management.
- Flexibility:
- Participants are entitled to one additional week of flexibility within their session package period.
- This additional week can be utilized for rescheduling missed sessions or accommodating unforeseen events.
- The additional week must be used within the session package period and cannot be carried forward beyond the expiration date.
- Advance Payment:
- Participants are required to pay for their session package in advance.
- Payment must be made before the start of the session package period to confirm the booking and secure the participant's spot.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the booking and loss of the session slot.
- Insurance Coverage:
- Participants are covered by insurance during fitness sessions for any injuries sustained within the scope of the session activities.
- The insurance coverage is provided by AL MASHREK insurance & reinsurance SAL and includes medical expenses and liability coverage.
- Participants are required to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by the trainer or instructor to ensure eligibility for insurance coverage.
- Health and Safety Guidelines:
- Participants are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in sessions.
- It is essential to follow all instructions provided by the trainer or instructor to ensure safe and effective exercise execution.
- Participants should inform the trainer or instructor immediately if they experience any discomfort, pain, or dizziness during the session.
- The fitness facility reserves the right to deny participation in sessions to individuals who pose a risk to themselves or others due to health concerns.
