It is important to understand the risks associated with EMS training and to acknowledge your consent to participate in such activities.
Acknowledgment of Risks:
Participation in EMS training carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Risk of muscle soreness or fatigue due to intense muscle contractions.
- Risk of injury or discomfort if proper technique is not followed or if equipment is used improperly.
- Risk of exacerbating pre-existing health conditions or injuries.
- Risk of accidents or injuries caused by external factors.
Declaration of Consent:
By participating in EMS training activities, you acknowledge that you do so entirely at your own risk. You understand the risks involved and assume full responsibility for any potential injuries or discomfort that may occur during or as a result of EMS training sessions.
